Orders & Delivery
We deliver nationwide across South Africa. Standard delivery takes 3โ6 business days to major cities (Johannesburg, Cape Town, Durban, Pretoria) and surrounding areas. Remote or outlying areas may take an additional 1โ2 business days. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched.
Standard delivery is R113 per order. Orders over R1,000 qualify for free delivery. The delivery fee is calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Yes. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this to track your delivery directly on the courier's website. If you haven't received a tracking email within 3 business days of ordering, please contact us and we will follow up on your behalf.
Currently we only deliver within South Africa. We deliver to all nine provinces. If you are in a neighbouring country such as Namibia, Botswana, or Lesotho, please contact us directly and we will do our best to assist.
We process orders quickly, so please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make a change. If your order has not yet been dispatched, we will do our best to accommodate changes or cancellations. Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to cancel it.
Payments
We accept payment via Yoco, which supports all major South African credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, and Amex. All payments are processed securely through our SSL-encrypted checkout.

Yes, completely. Our website uses SSL encryption (you will see the padlock in your browser address bar) and all payments are processed by Yoco โ a trusted South African payment provider. We never store your card details.
Yes. An order confirmation email is sent automatically to the email address you provide at checkout. This serves as your receipt. Please check your spam/junk folder if you do not see it within a few minutes of placing your order.

Yes. All products sold by Glowva Skin are 100% genuine. We do not sell replicas, knockoffs, or counterfeit products. Every device is sourced from verified suppliers and is the same product pictured and described on our website.
Yes. All our beauty devices are safe for all skin tones including deeper complexions. Our devices use mechanical, electrical, or LED light technology โ not UV light or heat-based technology that can cause hyperpigmentation. Each product page includes specific guidance on skin tone suitability.
Yes. Each device comes with a user manual. Detailed step-by-step instructions are also available on each product page under the "How To Use" tab. If you have any questions about using a specific device, please contact us and we will be happy to help.
Each device is covered against manufacturing defects. If your device arrives damaged or stops working due to a manufacturing fault, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
This varies by product. The Flawlbss Facial Hair Remover delivers instant results from the first use. The EMS Facial Massager shows immediate improvement in skin firmness, with cumulative results building over 3โ4 weeks of daily use. The LED Face Mask shows an immediate glow after the first session, with visible improvement in acne, tone, and firmness within 2โ4 weeks of consistent use.
Returns & Refunds
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the issue and we will arrange a replacement or refund. Products must be unused and in their original packaging to qualify for a return. Please review our full Refund Policy for complete details.
Please take photos of the damaged item and packaging and send them to us via our Contact page within 3 days of receiving your order. We will arrange a replacement or full refund as quickly as possible.
Once your return has been approved, refunds are processed within 5โ7 business days back to your original payment method. The time it takes to appear in your account depends on your bank, but is typically 3โ5 additional business days after processing.
